Our experts will do an eligibility check on all patients on the schedule 24 hours prior to their appointments and a full breakdown on patients that are new or haven't had a breakdown updated in over a year. Are you wondering about if we check patients' insurance that was scheduled same day? Absolutely! We have someone available to you during all of your office hours that will complete a breakdown or eligibility check within the hour on same day appointments.

We will use your office specific breakdowns or customize one for you! If you choose our full service, we even put all the insurance information into the patients file accordingly and scan these in for reference, so each patient is ready for a treatment plan upon check out. As a bonus, we even put all of the insurance frequencies that pertain to hygiene appointments in each of your patient's appointment on your schedule so your hygienists can focus on their patients. We literally take the leg work out of everything!

Do you have dental staff in place that just needs a little help gathering insurance information but would rather input everything into the system themselves? We also offer this service on an "as needed basis" for a lower cost. This option gives your office control over which patients your team needs help with and costs spent on this service each month.
